Broga is here to give men new to yoga the opportunity to access the numerous benefits of a mindful yoga practice. Well balanced sessions flow through a warm up, an energetic phase, then a cool down and short guided meditation. It's the perfect introduction for guys who have been told yoga would help their back, but who are a bit self-conscious about donning neon lycra and getting an instagram account...!
This will help to unlock the pelvis, release the lower back and shoulders, deepen the breath, invigorate bloodflow, stimulating beneficial chemicals and improving the overall posture and mood. It’s the ideal way to do something for yourself and will improve your life in ways you can't imagine, plus it's a practice, so you can't do wrong - unless you force through any pain.
