Every year dog owners say they know their dog and yet every year there is an issue created by an  overwhelmed dog If you live locally we suggest you walk to this event or free parking is available at Western Reserve. All parking bays along HBC Highway between Beach Road and Empire Road will be closed off to all vehicles.  HBC Highway will be closed from 8pm to 9pm for swift and safe departure of event attendees.
