A free to attend event 'Off the Wall' performing on the main stage from 5.00pm to 8.00pm Kids amusement rides Food trucks Professional pyrotechnic display at approx 8.15pm Every year we ask.... please DO NOT bring dogs to the event.  It is too busy and too loud + the fireworks make dogs too unpredictable. Every year dog owners say they know their dog and yet every year there is an issue created by an  overwhelmed dog If you live locally we suggest you walk to this event or free parking is available at Western Reserve. All parking bays along HBC Highway between Beach Road and Empire Road will be closed off to all vehicles.  HBC Highway will be closed from 8pm to 9pm for swift and safe departure of event attendees.
